Tonight was the last club night of 2013 and it was a very enjoyable night too. Paula spoilt us all with home made cakes along with a selection of sweet treats to keep our sugar levels up!
After we finished and packed up, we went in convoy to the pub for a few Christmas drinks to celebrate. For those who made it, it was a chance to chat off court and socialise.
After a few drinks and time being called, the curtain was brought down on our club’s 2013. We’re back on the 8th January and straight into the swing of things with the Mixed 2 team playing United Shuttlers at our Hornchurch home venue.
So all that is left to say is Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year. See you on the 8th!
