Today a small group of Corinthians members took to the trees at Trent Park for a Go Ape adventure. Noel, Paula, Jo, Kevin, Sue, Henry, Ross and Leigh braved the sunshine and the 20m high trees to complete the course with no injuries or fatalities.
Noel took the lead and volunteered to show us all how it is meant to be done. Only problem was he decided to show us how not to do it and nearly failed the first task!
After that it was plain sailing with Leigh showing a complete lack of fear by doing a great impression of a skydiver leaving the plane when it came to the Tarzan swing. Kevin didn’t fare as well with a small ‘cry of pain’ while swinging through the trees.
