Last night saw the third fixture in the Ladies Pairs Division 1. Hunters were playing the host at their new venue of Dagenham Leisure Centre.
Our first pairing of Paula and Sue managed to win their first game against Wychelm by a convincing margin of 21-13 then 21-10. However, their next match against the league leaders Harold Hill saw a tougher match where they just missed out with scores of 20-21 and 18-21.
Our second pairing of Penny and Charlotte had two tough matches against Hunters and Harold Hill. Their first match against Hunters saw a close match going to 3 games with the final result being 11-21, 21-19 and 16-21. Their second match against Harold Hill saw the result finishing 11-21 and 18-21.
