The men started off the season with a comprehensive win away to Emerson Eagles 4. With Alan out injured, there was a bit of a switch around of personnel but with 3 strong pairings (Andy/Kenny, David/Oliver and Kevin/Gary), we were favourites to take the win.
After the dust settled, Corinthians came out on top with a 9-0 thrashing of the opposition. With only 1 game against being the blip on the scorecard, it was nearly a whitewash but Emerson fought back to win one of the games to take the match to a decider. It was a close call but our pairing of Andy and Kenny triumphed.
