The Barking & Havering District Badminton League (let’s call it BHDBL for short) now has it’s own website.
The website is still in its infancy as it’s early in the season but already all of the league tables and fixtures are up there, as well as several documents for downloading. The News section has the results of the Tournament which was held earlier in the year in which our own Gary and Kevin reaches the semi finals of the men’s tournament.
You may notice some similarities between our league tables and the tables on the BHDBL website. That’s because they are actually designed and updated by me so there will be no excuse for our site to be out of date!
The plan for the BHDBL website is to become the focal point and go-to place of information for the league. Once the rules are on there, it means any club with a dispute can check the website and hopefully resolve it. It also means the league tables and fixtures will all be in one place.
I will be keeping the Corinthians website up to date and we have the addition of all of our fixtures being on the calendar. That means you can subscribe to the calendar on your phone or computer and all of the fixtures will automatically transfer to your phone/computer calendar (and stay up to date if fixtures change).

Remember that it’s a normal cub night this week so visitors are welcome. Also, Jo is looking to try out the Mixed 2 pairings this week so if you’re on the team, or are interested in being on the team, make sure you come along on Wednesday and see Jo.
